Hi, I’m Trisha—the founder and creator of Aphrodite’s Escape.

I’m a certified women’s empowerment coach, certified Intuitive Energy Healer, certified Hypnotherapist and certified Spiritual Life Coach, host of the podcast Aphrodite’s Sessions, and I’ve been published and featured on multiple podcasts for my work centered around embodiment, confidence, femininity, and self-trust. For over nine years, I’ve been creating transformational experiences for women—experiences that go far beyond photography, retreats, or events. This work is about remembrance.

Aphrodite’s Escape was born from a deep belief that women need intentional space to pause, be poured into, and reconnect with who they are beneath the roles they carry every day. Through immersive retreats and curated gatherings, I bring together aligned women who are craving more—more depth, more presence, more joy, and more truth. Each experience is thoughtfully designed and elevated by incredible guest facilitators, artists, and leaders who help open doors you didn’t know were closed.

Cinematic boudoir is woven into many Escapes as a form of reclamation—not performance. It’s an invitation to be witnessed, to see yourself reflected back with honesty and reverence, and to carry that reminder home with you. These images become proof of your power, your softness, and your becoming.

At the heart of everything I do is the understanding that when women are supported and filled back up, they show up differently—as mothers, partners, business owners, creatives, and leaders. This isn’t about escaping your life. It’s about returning to it more grounded, more confident, and more alive.

I’m also a mom to three incredible daughters—Stella, Violet, and Summer—which makes this work deeply personal. I believe in raising empowered women and in continuing the tradition of women supporting women, choosing themselves without guilt, and taking up space unapologetically.
